Serve as the primary point of contact for Chapter Executives and leaders; provide exceptional customer service Develop strong working relationships with Chapter Executives and leaders and ensure these stakeholders are committed to AFSA national goals Proactively identify Chapter needs and advocate for Chapters within AFSA Work closely with the Member Relations Specialist to support membership recruitment and retention via Chapters; assist with and collaborate on recruitment and renewal outreach Provide Chapter leaders and Chapter Executives with resources needed to succeed; hold regular Chapter development conference calls; produce a monthly Chapter leader newsletter; identify and recommend, budget, allows professional development opportunities
