Creative Director
Are you a visionary creative leader who thrives on transforming ideas into impactful designs? Do you have a passion for brand storytelling and a keen eye for detail? If so, we want you on our team!
AMR is looking for a full-time Creative Director to lead and elevate creative efforts for both our company and our clients. In this role, you'll serve as a creative expert, partnering with internal teams and stakeholders to craft visually compelling designs across multiple platforms. From branding and digital media to event materials and interactive campaigns, your creativity will shape the way we connect with audiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Creative Development – Design logos, videos, websites, promotional materials, event signage, digital ads, and more to bring brands to life.
- Shape Brand Identity – Ensure all creative work aligns with branding, marketing strategies, and communication goals.
- Design for Digital & Print – Develop visually engaging assets for emails, websites, social media, and publications, optimizing designs for multiple platforms.
- Collaborate & Consult – Work closely with teams across AMR and with external clients, offering strategic creative insights and direction.
- Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up with the latest design innovations and implement best practices to maintain top-tier creative standards.
- Manage Time & Resources – Scope and prioritize projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, creative direction, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Portfolio showcasing your ability to craft compelling visual stories
- Strong multimedia skills across email, web, and digital platforms
- Ability to balance creativity and strategy, adapting to different brands and project needs
- Excellent time management & communication skills to manage multiple projects effectively
- A collaborative, self-starter mindset with a passion for innovation
- AMC Experience: Bonus if you have prior experience working in an Association Management Company (AMC).
