In this role, you’ll:
- Design and implement educational courses and events tailored to the needs of REALTORS®.
- Collaborate with industry leaders to bring fresh ideas and resources to KAR’s programs.
- Represent KAR at events across the state, sharing valuable insights with members.
- Manage innovative projects that help position KAR as a go-to resource in the industry.

- Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge and understanding of adult learning and ability to administer effective learning environments.
- Knowledge and understanding of course development, curriculum, and testing.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Work well under pressure. Possess organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Understanding of non-profit association operation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Be able to travel within the state and across the country when necessary.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
