Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as an Outreach Specialist. This role is pivotal in engaging prospective clients and expanding our client base through strategic outreach and relationship-building.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage potential clients through strategic outbound calling campaign.

• Conduct targeted outreach in various industries, at both national associations and companies, developing a robust pipeline of potential clients through persistent communication effort.

• Introduce our firm and its services to decision-makers, primarily C-suite executives.

• Understand and effectively communicate public policy issues to prospective clients.

• Secure in-person meetings with appropriate public policy decision makers.

• Track and report on outreach activities and outcomes. Collaborate with our team to identify and target potential clients, and to create other outreach strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in business development, fundraising, or sales.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to engage with high-level executives confidently and confidentially.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• General understanding of public policy or government relations.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in government affairs, political fundraising, lobbying or management consulting is a plus but not required.
