Administrative Coordinator
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the NIC Executive and Corporate support staff. The Administrative Coordinator will report to the Director of Finance and Administration. You will demonstrate the NIC Values of Being a Spark, Investing in Ourselves, Partnering with Others and Taking Pride in Our Work. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Procurement of office & kitchen supplies in addition to securing catering for staff meetings Answer main switchboard of NIC telephone line to include answering event related questions and general NIC questions and routing calls as needed Administrator NIC online shop Administrative support for volunteer committees Assist with recruiting and onboarding
