Position Summary: Position perform a variety of customer service and program administrative support work tasks for MBA Education, MISMO, and Membership Group. Under daily supervision, position receives and handles customer inquiries via telephone, web, and email. Position interacts with current, new and prospective members to provide customer service in a call center environment. Position is an individual contributor role.
