Basic Function: This position will be responsible for Controller duties which include the oversight of financial operations for THA and related subsidiaries and affiliates, including but not limited to accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, accounts receivable, meeting registrar, inter-company transactions, general ledger, monthly and year-end financial statement preparation and reporting, annual consolidation and any special management reports.  This position maximizes the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
