REPORTS TO: Vice President, Marketing and Member Experience LOCATION: Hybrid position. Two days per week in the office (Washington, DC). Must live in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area. OBJECTIVE: Coordinate/lead association special events, meetings, and conferences. Develop and facilitate webinars and other educational programs and materials. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and contribute in the coordination of all aspects of special events, meetings and conferences (pre-planning, onsite execution and post event wrap up). Coordinate event specifications and manage vendors in conjunction with the Association’s outside meeting management company.
