Association Resource Center (ARC) is an accredited, full-service Association Management Company (AMC), founded in 1986. Our team provides comprehensive, cost-effective services to state-wide and national, trade and professional, non-profit membership-based associations in a variety of professions and industries.
We are poised to grow and are seeking an Executive to join the team!
Experience in association management is required. It’s expected the person coming into this role is a strong, driven, organized and detail-focused leader who enjoys operating in a role of responsibility and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ability to expertly multi-task is necessary for success in this role. Having exceptional communication skills and a pattern of unwavering follow-through are paramount essentials for this customer service centric role.
Executives at ARC serve concurrently as Executive Director for multiple clients and supervise Coordinator level staff. They are the key staff person managing all the affairs of the associations they work with in accordance with their contracted scope of services.

Qualifications:
- Relevant Association Management work experience
- Supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with Apple operating systems
- Availability, means and comfort with travel
- Some overnight travel is required, including some weekend and evening work.
