This position entails cross-departmental interaction with PDA staff and provides advanced administrative support to the Logistics team.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Senior Coordinator, Logistics is responsible for supporting the department by:
Preparing, managing, and following timelines;
Drafting, reviewing, sending, and/or receiving internal and external correspondence;
Coordinating, inventorying, ordering, maintaining, packing, and/or unpacking supplies and shipments;
Proofing and printing materials for distribution at events, e.g., program agendas, attendee lists, promotional flyers, etc.;
Assisting at in-person events, including event set up and tear down, customer service, speaker management, etc.;
Updating logistics content in promotional materials and on the website;
Assisting with different logistics functions as assigned, including, but not limited to: contracting, researching, rooming lists, resume, BEOs, special events, invite lists, working with DMCs, data entry, compiling reports, tracking data/results, customer service, etc.
Providing support for other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 2-3 years related experience/training and education in office administrative responsibilities and/or event support.
Travel Must be available for travel (approximately 10%), some evenings, and weekends.

This position will work on a hybrid schedule. 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
