JOB SUMMARY The part-time Membership Assistant provides overall support to ACC’s Membership operations by providing customer support to existing and prospective members. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with the recruitment of members, by gathering new prospect information from various sources and entering data into the AMS to achieve annual new member goals. Input data (new member applications, updates to member records, subscriptions, process online and “front door” batches) into the AMS, performing data quality checks to ensure that the system is always accurate and current. Respond to membership inquiries received by email, regular mail, and telephone, providing follow-up as needed.
