Join the NSPE team. We are looking for a talented customer-centric individual to serve as member of our Customer Service and Data Specialist team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, competency with data entry and technology, and be a flexible team player.
The Customer Service and Data Specialist acts as an external-facing representative of NSPE’s Membership Department and NICET to provide exemplary customer service and support. This position delivers precise information regarding the services, products, and materials NSPE & NICET offers in a variety of capacities—including but not limited to fielding external inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and analyzing customer information
