Come join theAssociation of Child Life Professionals, the nonprofit organization advancing the field of child life and fostering excellence in child life professionals through engagement in education, scientific inquiry, and innovation. They are seeking aDirector of Membership & Engagement to provide strategic direction and oversee all aspects of ACLP’s membership lifecycle, volunteer management, and engagement for the purpose of driving and increasing membership and retention.

As the Director of Membership & Engagement, you will develop and deploy new, proactive programs to increase membership and to retain and further engage existing members, including underrepresented or underserved groups, building on ACLP’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Qualified candidates offer:
6 years of professional experience in a similar role in professional societies/associations
3 years of supervisory experience
Experience in organizational and individual membership recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies
