PPS is seeking a Director of Certification & Education who has a proven track record in developing and executing successful programs. The ideal candidate will use independent decision making to manage and oversee the PPS professional certification programs, the Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) and the Certificate of Profitability Education (CPE). This individual should be proficient in project and program management, customer service, instructional design, and educational program development, ideally from experience at a membership organization.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

· Managing all aspects of the PPS’s certification programs including recruiting, sales and marketing, and program development

· Overseeing logistics for Alumni Affairs

· Recruiting and Retaining Program Faculty

· Recruiting and Overseeing Conference Workshop, Keynote, and Breakout Speakers

· Organizing Tests, Content Development and Testing Processes

· Supervising outsourced vendors 

The appropriate candidate will hold a BA or BS degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in educational program management and must have strong organization, communication/program management skills, Social Media skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A background and interest in education is preferred. Bilingual/Multilingual is a plus.
