The National Association of Home Builders is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented and enthusiastic customer service focused Executive Services Manager, to manage and coordinate the operations of the NAHB Executive Office.  This position will serve as the first point of contact for all communications for the CEO and the NAHB Senior Officers.  The ideal person for this role will have strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.  Reporting to the Senior Director, this person must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of humor. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serves as the first point of contact for all communications for the CEO and the NAHB Senior Officers.  Prepares general correspondence and will support travel requests and various meeting communications.
• Manages the CEO and Chief of Staff budget requests for Coalition Funding, to include maintaining expense reports and budget files. 
• Manages the CEO and Senior Officers calendar and meeting schedules; telephone coverage, prepare meeting materials.
• Coordinates and manage dinners, receptions, and other events in conjunction with our trade show or other conferences and meetings as assigned.
• Provides high-level administrative support developing detailed meeting agendas, handling all itineraries for business meetings, ensuring CEO and the Senior Officers have required meeting material for attendees at various meetings. 
• Position may require light business travel.
• Maintain working knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams), and other technology as required.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior level position providing administrative/secretarial support to a senior level position or executive team within a medium to large organization.  A two-year college degree, or combination of training and experience. Experience working in the hospitality industry and/or experience with associations is preferred.
