Job Description
The Georgia Society of CPAs (GSCPA), a professional association serving nearly 13,000 members, seeks a Member Relations Manager. This position will also develop GSCPA’s volunteer programs and work with the Director of Membership to implement membership retention and recruitment programs as well as onboarding new members. Additionally, this position will be responsible for managing the integrity of the data within the database to ensure accuracy and increase business intelligence while also developing sound business processes. Applicants should be skilled in the following areas:
- Manage operational functions of membership services including but not limited to membership application approval process and membership updates
- Work with a team to implement membership retention and recruitment programs
- Develop and manage GSCPA’s volunteer programs
- Manage the integrity of the data in the Society’s database to ensure accuracy and increase business intelligence
- Recommending and developing new member programs and services
- Responding to members and assisting them with their concerns
- Develop business processes to improve efficiencies and enforce standards and controls within data entry
- Prepare for database expansion by studying plans and requirements; advising senior technical management; coordinate design and programming
- Assist with operational functions of membership services such as answering telephone and email member inquiries
- Assist in budget planning and tracking expenses
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Complete special projects as assigned
