What we're looking for: We are seeking a talented professional who will provide support in the creation and production of the RSNA Annual Meeting program and the academic society programs. The Coordinator: Program Services will additionally provide administrative support to the Assistant Executive Director: Education.

What you'll do:
Arrange and handle all logistics for committee and council meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes.
Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
Maintain Annual Meeting Program Planning Committee, Education Council, and Digital and Live Education Committee rosters, Speaker's Bureau, and Volunteer Database.
Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports.
Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative.
Provides customer support to invited faculty, including support of the faculty login site and completion of faculty requirements.
Provides customer support, as first line responder, to authors of proffered abstracts in support of the Call for Abstracts, the presenter login site and completion of presenter requirements.
Provide customer support, as first line responder, to authors/presenters of scientific posters and education exhibits in the digital presentation system.
Coordinate, under the management of invited lectures, the auditing of disclosure records, ensuring learning objectives are obtained as appropriate, auditing the finalized course records, and ensuring the accuracy of the data in the database.
Provide administrative services at the RSNA Annual Meeting.
Assist the Assistant Director of Program Services with the Education Exhibits Awards Committee, Associated Sciences Consortium, and Plenary Lectures.
Provide administrative services including calendar management, internal and external correspondence, travel arrangements, and file maintenance for the Assistant Executive Director: Education.
Provides support to the Director of Programs Services, Manager of Invited Lectures, and Manager of Proffered Content on projects as assigned.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in administrative support functions
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Previous experience in educational program management preferred
Flexibility in an ever-changing software environment including consumer support for the software
Experience in customer service support
Excellent communication and writing skills
