How you’ll make a difference
You will be responsible to support your assigned global stakeholders, partnering closely with PMI’s Chapter Engagement team to identify new opportunities to improve the overall chapter partner experience.
Developing strong relationships with chapters and chapter leaders to effectively drive key chapter business functions that support the maintenance and growth of PMI chapters, as well as opportunities for long-term partnerships with chapter leadership. Drive the development of new products and services that support an engaging chapter experience, aligned to PMI’s strategic vision.
What you’ll bring to the role
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in business, communications or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible management experience in a global business environment involving multiple markets and channels. Experience in a B to C and B to B environment highly desirable
Experience building and sustaining programmatic success via geographically disbursed entities or virtual communities of engaged stakeholder groups
Track record of successful market development and business plan development, including integration of market planning across diverse areas
Strong leadership skills, including demonstrated ability working with customers, volunteer leaders and external organizations from diverse cultures and backgrounds with a track record of positive relationships with material outcomes
Demonstrated knowledge of marketing and relationship management tools and techniques, with the ability to present and apply them in an association environment and externally on a senior management and top executive level
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, including demonstrated team-based operational and strategic results, with ability to lead, retain, and progress staff
Highly developed organization, planning and management skills with ability to think ahead and plan over a five (5) year horizon
Demonstrated ability to drive performance excellence through development, implementation, and application of performance metrics
Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
