The incumbent manages the continuing education (CE) credit offerings for the association’s conferences, including accreditation requirements, prospecting, pre-conference planning, marketing, on-site support, post-conference documentation and customer service, as well as support to other departments offering CE for their programs. In addition, this position provides support in the planning and onsite execution of conference programs as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted. Experience with continuing education credits preferred. Strong organizational, collaborative, time management and diplomatic skills are a must. The incumbent must have excellent oral and written communication skills. The incumbent must be able to travel. Customer service skills are essential. The incumbent must be skilled in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiar with content management systems and association management systems. Ability to organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks with attention to detail.
