POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Account Executive position will oversee the day-to-day operations of several of SEVEN12’s medical-field focused clients, who rely on their society/organization for education and training in their respective fields. This position will supervise a Program Services Manager and work within a team of professionals, including Marketing, Education & Training, Operations, Membership, Events, and Administrative support staff, to ensure that the vision of each organization is fully supported and implemented. This position is critical in ensuring continuing medical education, via in-person, online, and virtual service delivery, program development and execution, management, quality assurance, and strategic planning to meet member needs and follow a clear set of accreditation standards.
There is daily contact with the society’s Executive Committees, Boards, and stakeholders including members of standing committees, members, provider organizations, and accreditation bodies.
Manages the overall success of the organizations, ensuring effective engagement with leadership, the membership at large, and overall stakeholders.
Formulates and recommends to client leadership modifications to existing policy and formulation of new policy which will further the attainment of the objectives of the Board.
Develops and promotes membership and membership retention programs; maintains personal contact with the membership.
Approves communications for the general membership and profession-at-large.
Oversees the development of the annual budget of each organization focusing on revenue generating programs and initiatives.
Monitors the budget throughout the year; approves and executes all budget expenditures.
Maintains effective relationships with the executives of associations, businesses, and industries related to the organization’s professions.
Stays informed and up-to-date in the respective fields of each organization through the review of professional publications, and attendance at related professional meetings and conferences.
Interacts regularly with state and local chapters and provides assistance and direction.
Ensures the proper gathering and analyses of data including the preparation of Board reports and presentations.
Directs the creation of educational curriculum that meet the appropriate accreditation standards.
Ensures annual and renewal accreditation applications are completed in a timely manner; reviews CME provider documents for completeness, formats and payments.
Manages curriculum development of organizational events.
Develops and executes educational activities (online content through an LMS), workshops and webinars, working with a support team to handle registration, preparing documents, tracking attendees, etc.
