Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement)
• Regular overnight weekday/weekend travel required
• Airplane travel required
• Preferred work experience in non-profit or business management
• Business/Finance/Marketing background preferred
• Labor Relations & Negotiation experience preferred
• Exceptional people skills
• Better than average written & spoken communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of economics, budgeting, and accounting practices & principles
• Sufficient in Microsoft Office and macOS
• Passport recommended

• Host & Conduct a meeting
• Plan and Implement various systems which fulfill the mission of the organization
• Calculation of wage rates and benefits for collective bargaining agreements
• Work closely with Local Unions (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers)
