ACG is hiring a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our growing team. We expect this position to grow into a full-time role over time for the right candidate. Success in this position relies on details, communication, and organization. If hired, you will serve as the primary contact for one to two associations. You will wear a variety of hats to support this client and others. At first, the duties will be more task-oriented. As the role grows, they will become more strategic. The right candidate will grow into a position that can oversee strategic and operational functions for our clients. You
Leadership experience with an eye toward client partnership and a desire for growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with video conferencing and virtual technology
The ability to oversee and delegate to team members
Comfortable presenting to senior executives on topics of importance to the association
Strategic thinking skills paired with the ability to implement/complete operational tasks
Able to juggle and prioritize competing and changing priorities

The Position
Manages and acts as the main point of contact for one or more professional associations
Responsible for delivering a high level of service aligned to scopes of work
Engagement with all stakeholders including Executive Committee, Board of Directors, committee chairs, volunteers, sponsors, members
Attends all meetings and prepares agendas, takes minutes, monitors action items
Assist in the development of annual budget and provides monthly financial reporting
Works with team to deliver communications, marketing, finance, and membership strategies and measures results of initiatives
Manage membership recruitment and retention campaigns; applications; produce membership reports; maintain prospect lists.
Oversee and organize all chapter-related activities at association conferences
Plan and manage event setups, registrations, and production tasks
Build relationships and the value of ACG through prompt response to calls, messages, emails, and reports
Position Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in the events or association industry
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and tasks
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational proficiency
Ability to learn and adapt to new technology solutions
Demonstrate good meeting planning skills
Must be able to function as part of a team in a shared services environment
Capable of setting priorities when multiple demands are present
Strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive, Dropbox
Ability to work independently from a virtual location
