The International Society for Advancement of Cytometry (ISAC) seeks a collaborative and strategic Executive Director to develop and lead the delivery of ISAC’s operational strategy to support the Society’s long-term strategy.  The role ensures that the Society delivers its annual targets including the globalization of membership together with raising revenue to deliver a diverse and ambitious portfolio.  The Executive Director works with staff, elected officers, Council, Committee Chairs, other volunteer leaders, and members to achieve the Society’s goals.  ISAC is a small non-profit, with a membership of approximately 2,000, a staff of 6-10, and a budget of $2+M.  This position is located in the Arlington, VA area.
