**This is a 1-year grant

Seeking someone with strong accounting and/or budgeting aptitude to implement and coordinate financial and budget management efforts for the “Supporting Providers and Families to Access Telehealth and Distant Care Services for Pediatric Care” grant, as well as, provide customer service to grant staff, partners, and consultants regarding contract and invoice development and submission and provide administrative support for and assist with special projects of the project as assigned.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, business administration, health administration, finance, accounting or related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience required.
• At least two years of related administrative and/or project coordination required, including budget/fiscal management.
• Experience with grants management and coordinating grant applications and contracts highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
• Must be detail oriented, able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, manage a heavy workload, and take initiative.
• Must have strong technical abilities with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn and apply new technologies; experience with budgeting software and web conferencing systems (eg, WebEx) preferred a plus.
• Some travel, overtime, and weekend work may be required.
