A DAY IN THE LIFE AS UBA IT MANAGER
As UBA's IT Manager, you possess a wide range of skills and knowledge as you will be overseeing complex IT Projects, managing IT vendor relations, and providing service for our inhouse network, hardware, software and miscellaneous technology needs. You are passionate about staying current with changes in the IT field. You will focus a great deal of attention on providing expert guidance for the UBA's various business information technology systems and processes, recommend and implement solutions and upgrades, and provide strategic guidance for current and future growth. You will also have a passion for providing great service to our staff in keeping our inhouse IT systems and hardware functioning at peak performance. Your confidence, professionalism, and ability to communicatewell with others in common business language is essential for your success. Your ability to think strategically and collaborate effectively while maintaining an eye for "details" will serve you well.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR UBA IT MANAGER
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of three years' experience in IT management, project management or general business analysis.
Strong knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL Server, Office 365, principles of LAN and WAN networking.
Desire and ability to "self-learn" new systems with a commitment to staying current with changes in the field of technology is very important.
Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware products and related technologies.
Experience with excel, Access, and server SQL server tools.
Experience working in relational databases, including creating and updating tables, importing and exporting data.
Experience with report generation, mail merges, and chart generation.
Experience with CRM and association management systems beneficial.
Fulfill data requests, develop and implement data analysis queries and reports as needed utilizing agreed upon procedures and business rules.
Proactively support departmental leaders by identifying pain points and recommending IT solutions.
Produce comprehensive RFQ's; effectively procure and assess vendor proposals.
Write standard Operating Procedures to Document IT processes both for staff and as a function of vendor management. Maintain shared archive of documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills to train staff (and Partners) in IT and Data processes as needed.
Project lead of development on complete product lifecycle from concept to delivery to retirement.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Manages the activities and assesses the effectiveness of all IT vendors and consultants.
Ensures that software deficiencies are addressed with long-term durability in mind.
Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and changes to technology.
Coordinates third-party maintenance for network hardware, software, and telecommunications services.
Establishes, documents, and controls systems access and security.
Provide internal IT help desk support.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
