Reporting to the Director of Education and Training, the primary function of this position is to provide administrative support to the Director of Education and Training. This position participates in the planning, preparation, and implementation of CRCC’s continuing education (CE) programs. The Education and CE Administrator also manages the administration of CRCC’s Continuing Education Pre-Approval process and serves as the main contact for all continuing education pre-approval inquiries and requests.
Serve as primary point of contact for customers on all questions related to CRCC e-UNIVERSITY courses.
Oversee the CRCC e-UNIVERSITY course registration process and reporting.
Identify and evaluate CE activity activities for compliance with CRCC standards.
Maintain detailed records and documentation necessary for reporting related to pre-approved courses.
Assist in identifying continuing education topics appropriate for rehabilitation counselors by analyzing and assessing present and future needs, trends, challenges, and opportunities related to continuing education.
Provide analytical and specialized administrative support for the Director of Education and Training.
Assist in creating continuing education protocols and procedures.
Assist in recruiting subject matter experts and peer reviewers.
Execute assigned continuing education activities in accordance with CRCC policies and business practices.
Build and maintain relationships with continuing education vendors and CRCC e-UNIVERSITY subject matter experts and reviewers.
Track invoices, fees, and payments for vendors.
Prepare certificates of completion for vendor activities.
Track approval status of CE programs and provides appropriate notifications.
Review CE Pre-approved Provider documents for completeness and formats.
Provide general administrative support: answer phones, make copies, prepare mailings, scan documents, schedule and set up conferences, meetings and webinars.
Update content, forms, and attachments for website.
Regular, predictable, and timely attendance.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Graduate degree in rehabilitation counseling or Bachelor’s degree in Education.
3-5 years of experience in continuing education.
Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to adapt to other computer programs or applications (LMS, vendor database, etc.).
