Editing and quality control for department documents and all printed materials;
Creating and updating event and attendee information in the database and;
Providing other administrative, marketing and logistical support as needed related to the events process.
Applicants should have at least two years of related professional experience and a college degree in a related field. Strong command of the English language and excellent written and oral communication skills as well as editing experience are also required. Extensive experience with a membership database and Microsoft Office software is essential. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite 6 or other graphic design software is also desirable but not required. Personal attributes such as a high degree of professionalism, strong attention to detail, organization, the ability to communicate and act with tact, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and to exercise good judgment under pressure are also required. This position may include occasional international and domestic travel.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary for this position will be at least $48,000 but could be higher based on background and experience. Position also is eligible for year-end bonus when provided.?
