We are a small professional society focused on a fast-growing cardiology imaging field with a global membership, and we are seeking a motivated, ambitious and well organized team player to join our team. The Manager, Meetings and Sponsorship plays a key role in our mission, and we rely on you to help us deliver high quality events and sponsor support — all with the aim of growing our field and improving patient outcomes.

The Manager, Meetings and Sponsorship helps support activities related to meetings and fulfillment of SCCT’s industry sponsorships. This includes the Annual Scientific Meeting, the Winter Meeting and other small conferences, workshops and offsite committee meetings as well as non-event sponsorships.
You will report to the Director of Meetings and Exhibits, and your responsibilities also include:
Collaborating with the Director of Meetings and Exhibits on all aspects of operations and logistics for SCCT's face-to-face meetings and events, helping to coordinate pre-planning, onsite execution and post-event wrap-up.
Helping deploy event specifications with hotels, venues and vendors for activities that may include F&B, AV temporary staff, travel/transportation, and security.
Helping manage housing and registration for faculty, staff, vendors and exhibitors.
Assisting the Executive Director and the Director of Meetings and Exhibits in executing SCCT’s exhibitor and sponsorship strategy including helping develop and fulfill partnership packages and coordinating documentation and payment.
